5- Duties & Responsibilities:

Identifies business opportunities
by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching,
and analyzing sales options.
· Sells products by establishing contact and developing
relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
· Maintains relationships with clients by providing
support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new
opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
· Identifies product improvements or new products by
remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
· Prepares
reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
· Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing
organization standards.
· Maintains
professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;
benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional
societies.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
·
Achieving target every month as per company policy.
·
After contract collection of payment as per contract &
company policy
·
Meeting with customers with regular basis.
·
Follow-up with surveyors, technical, production &
installation & Glass Departments until handover the project.
·
After completion of project should be respond to the
customer and support for their usual requests regarding project.
6- Sales & Commission:
1- Sales
Target Sales Value Target for Sales
Executive will be 150,000 Qr per Month.
2- Sales
Commission for Sales Executive will be 1% of each contract and sales
commission will be 2% if reach 200,000 Qrs Per month Sales Commission will be
calculated only if Sales Executive achieve the target in same month.
Commission percentage may vary as per company policy.
7- Code of Conducts:
1. Prohibited to talk with customer
about other work not provided by the company.
2. Prohibited to give any lead to other
companies.
3. Prohibited argument with management
or team leader about requirement / assign work.
4. Strictly prohibited any information
related to company share with outsider without approval of top management
will take you to pay the penalty of 50000/- Qrs and immediate termination
from your job without any settlement.
